Our loyalty program is designed to reward our customers for every purchase and action they take in our store. Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts and exclusive benefits. Furthermore, depending on your point total, you can level up and unlock even more advantages.
Does the loyalty program have any cost?
No, the program is completely free. You just need to register to start accumulating points and enjoying the rewards.
Can I participate in the program if I live outside of Spain?
Yes. If you live outside of Spain, be sure to check the international shipping options available in our online store. Shipping costs do not affect point calculations, only the value of the purchased products. Promotions and discounts may vary depending on the destination country, so always review the international shipping conditions when making a purchase. If you make a purchase from outside of Spain, the points for the purchase will be credited to your Collector Member account once the order is confirmed and approved (usually within 30 days of purchase).
Can I earn and redeem points in the physical store?
Yes, you can earn and use points both in our online store and in our physical store.
How do I advance from one level to another?
You'll automatically level up when you earn the required number of points for each level. It doesn't matter if you've already redeemed some points; what counts is the total number of points earned in the last 12 months.
How do I know how many points I need to level up?
You can check your points balance and your progress towards the next level in your BB Member account on our website.
Do I need to accumulate points without spending them to level up?
No, you can use your points for discounts without affecting your progress. Your level is based on the total number of points earned in the last 12 months.
Can I go down a level?
Yes, if you don't generate enough points in the last 12 months, you may drop to a lower level. For example, if you reach the BB Unboxer level by generating 1700 points, you will need to generate another 1700 points in the next 12 months to maintain it.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be used in the account in which they were generated.
Do the points expire?
Your points don't expire as long as you remain an active member. If you don't participate in any activity for 3 months, they may expire.
Can you buy points?
No, points can only be earned through purchases and actions within the loyalty program.
How many points can I earn in a single day?
There is no limit to the number of points you can earn in a day. However, some actions, such as following on social media, only award points once.
Can I use more than one discount code on one purchase?
No, you can only use one discount per purchase.
Does the program offer exclusive benefits for special dates, such as birthdays or anniversaries?
