What is a blind box?

A blind box is a surprise box containing a mystery figurine, which you only discover when you open it. You can choose your favorite collection and see which character you've got. Each blind box includes a random figurine from a specific series, and the side of the box indicates both the available designs and the probability of each figurine appearing. Within the collection, some figurines have a lower probability of appearing than others, and there are even ultra-exclusive versions, known as "secret figurines." You can choose your favorite collection and find out which character you've got.

Can I buy a specific figure from a blind box series?

Due to the unique and mysterious nature of blind boxes, we cannot guarantee the purchase of specific figures.

Can I get a secret edition for sure?

Secret editions are obtained with specific probabilities that vary depending on the series/collection.

Why do some products sell out so quickly?

The most popular products are in high demand and can sell out in seconds after being restocked. We recommend subscribing to "Notify me when available" to receive alerts.

When will the out-of-stock products be back in stock?

When will my order be shipped?

Confirmed orders are typically processed within 7 business days. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

If your order has already been shipped, you cannot change the address. You can check the shipping status or contact our customer service.

I placed an order but I want to cancel it.

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled.

When will my order arrive?

What if my figure is defective?

Contact us at support@blindboxstore.com within 15 days of delivery, providing:

Order number.

Photos or video of the unpacking of the defective product.

If I don't like the figure I received, can I return or exchange it?
